Recruiting & HR Internship

Our current portfolio includes over 20 companies, such as industry leaders like Finanzcheck, Dreamlines or HomeToGo. In this respect we cooperate closely with international top VC companies. 

To support our Head of HR & Recruiting we are looking for you at our Hamburg location as Intern (m/f/d) in Recruiting & HR. In our TruVenturo team you will work hand in hand with the partners and top management of our portfolio companies and will be involved in both operational and strategic activities.

What you can expect from us

• Identification and direct approach of suitable candidates via social media (e.g. LinkedIn or Xing)
• Preparation of and participation in telephone and personal interviews
• Applicant management and coordination of interviews
• Writing and placing job advertisements on various platforms
• Close cooperation and support of the HR team
• Takeover of own projects in the field of HR

What you bring with you

• You are studying business administration, psychology, social sciences or a similar field of study
• You are interested in personnel work and ideally already have some practical experience in recruiting
• You approach people openly and are service-oriented
• You have analytical and organisational skills and demonstrate a pro-active approach
• You have good user knowledge in the common MS Office programs
• You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken

Scope: Full-time, limited to around 3-6 months
