Consulting Internship at TDS

To support our portfolio company TDS in Berlin, we are looking for an Intern in Consulting (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

TDS was founded in 2019 with offices in Berlin & Hamburg. Their work covers the full journey, starting from the conceptualization with a digital strategy, blueprinting the product and company, developing and launching MVPs, and scaling into a fully sustainable, viable businesses. In addition to having built many digital companies, they also have experience from top-tier management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain & BCG.

What you can expect from TDS

Every day is different, but here's a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish:

• Support agile case teams of business consultants, product managers, designers and engineers, by working on different assignments independently
• Interact directly with the partners and independently search for information sources, analyze data, make recommendations, conceptualize digital products and present them to the project team
• Contribute proactively by bringing in your own ideas and playing an entrepreneurial role in customer projects or the development of new business solutions
• Take charge over diverse tasks in our own business development to drive the expansion of TDS

• High degree of personal initiative, independence and creativity for processing and presenting comprehensive tasks
• A robust analytical skill set and love for problem solving
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Endless curiosity and a penchant for thinking the impossible
• Previous work experience in consulting, a start-up or another digital business environment (minimum 2 relevant internships)
• Fluency in English & German, written and verbal
• Strong academic record from a renowned university or business school as well as in a gap year or master studies

Location: Berlin

Scope: Full-time and limited to around 3 - 6 months
