CEO in the Sustainability Sector

We are TruVenturo, one of the most successful company builders in Europe. Our focus is on the founding of business models with a focus on digitalization and life sciences. Our current portfolio includes over 20 companies, including industry leaders such as Finanzcheck, Dreamlines and HomeToGo. We cooperate closely with top international VC companies. 

Meanwhile, we accompany and support external clients with our digital consulting services along the entire path of digital business building. Starting with the conceptualization of a digital strategy, the design of the product, the development and introduction of MVPs, up to scaling up into a complete, independent company. In the scope of a client project, which is about to be launched, we are looking for active support to help us scale our app and sustainable mission - so that everyone can always have their own mobile app with them. Therefore we are looking for you as a CEO (m/f/d) in the field of sustainability as soon as possible in Berlin.

Your possibilities

With us there is the chance to join a start-up with one of the best seed fundings on the market as a CEO or managing director. You can help us to expand the app, which has been developed especially for this purpose, with many additional features and thus establish it as the leading sustainability app. And, of course, to give many people the tool to make the world a little bit better.

In this role, you will shape the company's crucial growth phase, be responsible for the company's P&L, develop the team and product and build partnerships with our cooperation partners.

In this role you will be responsible for the following

• Scaling of the app to the leading companion for sustainably minded people
• Establishment and development of future monetization features
• Development of corporate structures and team culture
• Gradual build-up of the product/tech and marketing team
• Acquisition and further development of our cooperation partners

What you should bring with you

• Digital Native with +4 years experience in management consulting or a start-up
• First management experience either in the product or tech area
• Deep understanding of Gen Z as a target group
• First experiences in mobile app development (iOS and Android) 
• Analytical personality combined with creative mindset for successful product development
• Diversely interested personality with a passion for sustainability and climate change
• Strong business fluency in both German and English
