HomeToGo closes Series C for US expansion
September 30th 2017 - Founded in 2014, HomeToGo quickly grew into the world’s largest metasearch for vacation rentals. Currently, it displays over 11 million offers and sends more than 20 million users from all over the world to more than 250 providers every month. HomeToGo puts special emphasis on TV commercials to create a large customer base of loyal returning users. The same strategy will be applied during the further expansion to the US market, where HomeToGo has recently opened an office in New York City. Growth capital comes from a Series C funding round with Insight Venture Partners, Acton Capital Partners, DN Capital, and Global Founders Capital in September 2017. This new round of funding provides significant growth capital to support HomeToGo’s international expansion, with the US being one of their primary target markets.
